Exclusively from United, TwisFit® template bushings feature a patented twist-lock design for simplified installation in thin gauge aluminum and cold rolled steel drill plates. Each bushing requires a matching lock ring, available in corresponding sizes.

The lock ring provides positive locking to prevent rotation and pull-out during drilling, while the design allows the bushing and ring to be reused across applications. TwisFit® bushings self-align during installation and are held within .002 T.I.R. for precision guiding.

Manufactured in-house, our bushings are available in custom inside diameters, outside diameters, and lengths to meet application requirements.
